The Team have supported the operations teams at their Queensland, Victorian and South Australian sites to revise traffic management plans and chemical storage. Along with review and update of key procedures and training.

Action OHS have been supporting CMP to undertake a significant review and update of their Integrated Management system (IMS) with a particular focus on the management of site works and subcontractors undertaking high risk work.

Action OHS Consulting has been supporting iTech Minerals (ITM), a South Australian mining exploration company listed on the ASX. ITM focuses on exploration projects involving Graphite, Kaolin, and Rare Earth Elements for the renewable energy market.
Our team has been assisting ITM by reviewing, updating, and expanding health and safety documentation. They are also helping ITM implement Safety Champion software to streamline health and safety management.
